PAYMENT
Pinoymall.com
accepts payment by credit card (Visa,
Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and by cashiers check/money order only. SORRY, NO
PERSONAL CHECKS
OR CASH. Creditcard processing is done through PayPal.This allows us to send out your order as soon as we receive
payment. All purchases are guaranteed 100% safe. To ensure this, our server uses SSL,
an encryption technology that makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to
view the information as it travels over the Internet. In short, you should feel very
safe purchasing from Pinoymall.com.
Your credit card will not be charged until your ordered items ship. If you
happen to order an item that is on back order, your entire order will be held until all
the products are available to ship.
If you're
paying by cashiers check/money order, please print out the order
screen and include it with your payment. We will hold your
merchandise for 7 days from the date of the purchase. If we don't
receive payment within that time, your order will be cancelled and
your items (closeout or otherwise) will be placed back into the
system and sold to another customer.
RETURNS
Your
complete satisfaction is guaranteed on all purchases. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may
return:
- any unopened music CD or Video
- any other merchandise item in new condition, with its
original packaging and accessories
*Please note that we can only refund shipping costs if
the return is a result of our error.

SHIPPING AND
HANDLING
We are shipping via UPS
Ground to all US and Canadian residential addresses. Please allow
3 to 5 business days for delivery. The shipping and handling
rate is $6.50(USA)/$9.50(CANADA).
Sorry, we currently only ship within
the US and CANADA.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS PLEASE
NOTE: Pinoymall is not
responsible for import duties and taxes that are levied once the package
reaches your country. We do not have control over these charges as
customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your
local customs office for further information.
